Sad to learn of LeRoy’s death. We were fraternity brothers in the 1960s at Wisconsin State University at Stevens Point. When we rented our first fraternity house, LeRoy arranged for his sister and her husband to be our first fraternity parents. LeRoy and Darlene attended our fraternity reunion two years ago, coming from a family reunion to do so. We’re certainly glad he came to see us. He leaves a lot of wonderful memories.

This news of LeRoy's death comes at a great surprise to us. We spent an enjoyable summer day with Lee & Darlene I believe two summers ago when we were vacationing in Northern Wis. Lee was a gentleman, a great story teller and a fraternity brother of Mike. He and Darlene also attended our wedding in Racine when we were married in 1968. He will be sorely missed! May the Peace of God be with him, his family and his wife, Darlene!

We have lost a wonderful and dear friend.....the many many many visits and Lee's presence has meant more than words could ever express. Our hearts our heavy and our tears many, knowing that he won't be driving down the driveway or sitting in his stand. We will miss him so much. We will listen to hear Lee's voice on the breezes and watch for the twinkling of his eyes in the stars. Darlene....you and your family have our love.
