William was born to Raymond Nipe and Catherine Rafine on October 23, 1976, in Mannington Township, New Jersey.
William is survived by, his parents, Raymond Nipe and Catherine Rafine, sons, Jessy Nipe, Wyatt Nipe, and Trapper Nipe, and siblings, Sheryl Mumink and Brian Nipe, as well as many other loving family and friends.
