He was born to James and Betty Fiore on June 28, 1947, in Cook County, Illinois.

A burial with military honors will be held at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, Wisconsin on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
