Phyllis Jean Stanke, 95 of Chetek and formerly Chicago, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Rivers Edge Assisted Living Home in Chetek.
The family will greet visitors at the Burnham-Ours Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 3:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
Funeral services and interment for Phyllis wll take place in Chicago.
