Patricia Ann Homer, 80, of Chetek, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at her home with her loving family at her side.
She is survived by her 2 children; Alan Homer of Oak Grove, Missouri and Katie Fortin of Cameron, Wisconsin.
Patricia will be laid to rest alongside her husband Richard at St. David Cemetery in Arizona. Her family is planning a graveside service at a later date in Arizona.
