Nicholas Carl Fenner, 28 of Osseo, Minnesota peacefully passed away July 1, 2016 at his cabin in Prairie Lake Township, Wisconsin. He was born in St. Louis Park, Minnesota July 27, 1987 the son of Janet L. Budlong and David D. Fenner.
Nicholas is survived by his mother Janet Budlong and her husband Rolf Ingersoll.
No services are being planned at this time.
