Carolyn Diane Smothers, 95 of Chetek and formerly of the state of Washington passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at the Knapp Haven Nursing Home in Chetek.
Services for Carolyn will be held at a later date in Washington.
Carolyn leaves to celebrate her memory, son, Jerry (Marolyn) Young of Chetek, daughter, Kylee (Bryan) McKee of Anacortes, WA, several grandchildren and a great grandchild, and her sister Elinor Diehl, Des Moines, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Kenneth and granson Kurt Young.
The Burnham-Ours Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
