Thought he was an asshole and prick.
Divorced first wife while openly meeting other
women at a tavern. Deserved to die.

Dear George, I’d love to know your last name please. For you to use my fathers obituary page as a platform to degrade him is absolutely and underly disgusting. If you feel that way then so be it, everyone has a right to their opinion, but for you to post on his obituary page is downright the lowest possible pathetic thing you could do. Karma is a bitch and your day will come

I remember Gary and his brothers wrestled. Did pretty good too. I knew his dad as an avid wrestling fan. So sorry to hear about his death.

To Gary's family: Gary will be missed by his friends and 'family' from Raspberry Island. He has been a great inspiration for my family and well loved. Thank you, Gary, for being you! You brighten lives and have touched souls. God bless you in your new hunting grounds. May your family experience the peace in knowing you are no longer in pain and are seeing sights that Raspberry Island can only hint at. All my love to you, family of Gary! God bless you!

Sorry to hear of Gary's passing. He was a wrestling teammate in the early 60's. Nice kid and quick to laugh. I was also lucky enough to deer hunt with his Dad and uncle at the old Bayfield co shack in late 50's. Good times. Glad to see Gary has had a good life.

To the family and close friends, I'd like to pass along my heart felt condolences.
I was one of the fortunate ones that spent time with Gary at his favorite place, Strawberry Island and the time i spent with he and Tammy will forever be remember. He's one of those soles you wished everyone could be around when he was in his element, and the outdoors was that element. You will be missed my friend, but never forgotten. Carry on with your life long fishing and hunting trips Gary and I'm sure we'll cross paths again.
