DeeAnne "Sue" Anderson Obituary

DeeAnne “Sue” Anderson, 68 of Chetek, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, August 17th, 2019 at her home in Chetek.  Sue was born on February 11, 1951 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin the daughter of Thaine and Vera (Madison) Phillips. 

Sue graduated from New Auburn High School in 1969 and then attended WITC in Rice Lake, Wisconsin for Data Processing.  She married Greg Anderson and to this union three sons were born.  She was employed at Walter’s Brewery after school and worked as a cook at the Chetek Café for many years before moving to Oconomowoc, WI where she worked as a baker for 15 years.  She then moved to Eau Claire, WI and worked at Hutchinson Technology until retiring.  She absolutely loved the Green Bay Packers and her dog Sasha.

Sue leaves to celebrate her memory, sons, Tony Anderson (Desi Belding), Barron, WI; Phil (Amanda) Anderson, Chetek, seven grandchildren, sister, Minerva (Lynn) Barnhart, New Richmond, WI and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, infant son Gaylan Anderson, brothers, Dale and Galen Phillips.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the Chetek Lanes beginning at 11:00 A.M. and continue until the end of the Green Bay Packer Football Game. 

The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
