What to say? Ron was a mentor, friend, and boss. He was my first boss. I loved it when we would have talks and he would say "I'm putting on my manages hat now, so listen"! He taught me a lot. Especially the idea of standing on your own two feet - "be independent". This latter lesion has lasted me to today, thanks Ron. When I lost my job Ron offered me a position. When I had questions he was there. When I needed direction he helped guide me. I enjoyed hearing of he and Pat's traveling exploits. I miss not knowing he is around but in my heart and thoughts he will always be there - sometimes patting me on the back and others probably throwing his hands up indicating "what am I going to do with you". Ron I love you and I miss you. My deepest condolences to the family.

My prayers are with you Pat. I have thought of you and Ron many times throughout the years. May you find peace and comfort knowing he's been excepted into heaven by loving arms of God and all his family that's gone before him. I know my mom would be waiting in line to welcome him. Love you.
