I often think of your family and the great friends you were to my parents. I am sorry to hear of Fred's passing, I would sincerely like to meet and talk to Iris and Denise. I have so many memories of building camps and playing in the hay shed, tossing hay bales. Working hard and playing hard. My love and fondest thoughts to you, Iris, and your kids. I hope you are well.

Our sympathies to all of you at this difficult time. While visiting Dad Leon this week, he told me Fred had passed away. We will keep you in our thoughts, and hope that warm memories of Fred will help during this time of grief. I remember MANY times we played after dark at your house - ghost stories, freeze tag, some kind of charades (?!!) and catching lightning bugs. Fondly, Dana (Mellem) Westedt

We will miss Fred. He always dropped in to see us at the resort. He also used pontoons and bought our Christmas trees. Rest in peace Fred.8

My mom, Lorraine (Larson) Mageland had good memories of Fred and Iris, and growing up in Brush Hollow. She passed away last October, so I know she's giving a neighborly welcome to Fred in Heaven.
